Ordering & Custom Arrangements:

Do you have set arrangements, or can I get something custom?

Both. We offer standard arrangements ready to order, and we're always happy to create something fully custom. Just tell us your budget and the occasion, and we'll design something fresh and beautiful that fits both. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, sympathy, "just because," or anything in between, we build each piece by hand for you.

What information do you need to build my arrangement?

Your budget, the occasion, and any color or flower preferences you have. If you're not sure what you want, that's okay too. Just tell us who it's for and what the moment calls for, and we'll take it from there. Call to order: (423) 402-0168

Can I add a gift or card to my order?

Yes. We offer custom, handwritten greeting cards and locally made gifts you can pair with any arrangement, or send on their own.

Local Gifts

What local gifts do you carry?

We partner with local makers to offer honey, soy candles, and handmade games and boards. These make a lovely addition to a flower order or a standalone gift.

Can I order a local gift without flowers?

Absolutely. Our local gifts can be purchased on their own or paired with an arrangement.

Delivery

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. Place your order by 12 noon and we'll deliver it that same day.

What if I order after 12 noon?

No problem, we'll get it out to you the next available delivery day.

How far do you deliver?

We deliver within 25 miles of our shop.

Is there a delivery fee?

Deliveries within 10 miles are included. For deliveries beyond 10 miles (up to our 25-mile range), a delivery fee applies.

Do you hand deliver?

Yes, every delivery is hand delivered by us, and/or Door Dash.

Can you include a handwritten note with my delivery?

Yes. We're happy to write a handwritten note to go along with your arrangement or gift.
